About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of legal matters within a commercial environment, supporting senior lawyers and stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, supplier agreements, service agreements)
• Supporting the legal team with general corporate and commercial matters
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefing notes
• Assisting with compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Managing contract databases and ensuring documentation is up to date
• Liaising with internal stakeholders across departments (e.g. HR, procurement, finance)
• Supporting dispute resolution and litigation matters where required
• Assisting with company secretarial duties (if applicable)

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role (in-house or private practice)
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal processes
• Excellent drafting and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware approach
• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification

• Experience working in an in-house legal team
