About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Pet Hub Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for effectively leading and managing the warehouse floor and goods-in operation within the Pet Hub. You will also support the Operations Manager in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Pet Hub warehouse floor and goods-in operation.
• Ensure efficient stock handling and compliance with company standards.
• Support the Operations Manager in achieving depot KPIs and objectives.
• Drive productivity and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and training.
• Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or wholesale environment.
• Must have experience in the specialist pet market.
• Exceptional knowledge of pet product areas.
• Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Empathetic and empowering leadership style with clear delegation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
