Warehouse Supervisor 

About the role 

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and leading the depot team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.  It is a busy and physically demaniding role where you will be on your feet all day, moving and lifting stock and delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment throughout the depot  

• Ensuring the depot is kept secure at all times 

• Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot 

• Driving the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience 

• Acting as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale 

• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded 

• Ensuring health and Safety Policy and Legislation are adhered to 

The Ideal Candidate: 

• Experience gained within a warehouse / wholesale environment 

• Sound knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation 

• A manual handling equipment licence 

• Exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks 

• Strong time management skills 

• Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results 

• Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Excellent listening skills
